As you begin to wrest back a basic sovereignty over your life, you will find a lot more time on your hands. The From Love Network currently has four parts…

War on Attention: Take Back Your Mind

Explore the forces that are arrayed against us in the current media landscape / attention economy. Learning about these forces as well as the neurological and psychological vulnerabilities that are exploited to highjack our time and attention is one of the simplest ways to inspire us to take back our lives. Also included here are digital detoxes and other ways to connect with peers and directly take charge of your tech use.

Gratitude: The King of Virtues

Gratitude is one of the great virtues. This section is built to help you kick start your practice if you don't have one and supercharge your practice if you already have one, covering both the why and how of gratitude practice.

Basics: Meditation From the Ground Up

Explore the fundamentals of meditation. Starting with the basics, these techniques are as simple as they are profound. Included here are a range of guided meditations including from monks and nuns you’ve probably never heard of but who will blow your mind!

Compassion: Nothing Matters More

Compassion and love are the most beautiful things in the world. Remarkably these qualities can be cultivated deliberately through practice. Inspired by ancient Buddhist methods of cultivating these virtues this space presents a series of meditations for doing exactly that. What could possibly be a better thing to replace mindless scrolling with?!
